Dr. Dympna Weil is a board-certified OB/GYN, Certified Martha Beck Master Coach, speaker, writer, and founder of Prescribing Possibility™. Through her work, she helps caregivers, healthcare professionals, and high-achieving individuals move beyond burnout and overwhelm toward greater harmony, joy, and fulfillment.

Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience navigating chronic illness, she brings a rare blend of evidence-based insight, practical tools, compassionate storytelling, and a deep understanding of the human side of caregiving.

Nicolle Arthun, CNM, FACNM, is an Indigenous midwife and the Founder and Principal Consultant of Transcending Strategies LLC, an Indigenous women-led strategy and systems transformation firm. Over nearly two decades spanning the clinic, the community, and the policy arena, she has founded and scaled Native-led maternal health systems and advanced culturally grounded, regenerative approaches to care and leadership.

Her work centers healing-informed practice and sustainability without depletion — helping those who hold birth stay rooted, protected, and well across a lifetime of service. She has spent over 20 years working with traditional medicine healers from across the globe; her healing practice is grounded in Diné traditional knowledge, from the Navajo Nation.

Laurie Brutus is a registered nurse and an internationally board-certified lactation consultant. She has an academic background in public health, with a focus on social marketing and behavior change.

After earning her nursing degree in 2016, she worked as a postpartum nurse, discovering her passion for teaching patients how to breastfeed, and later became an IBCLC in 2020. Laurie now serves as the Program Manager of Lactation Services at NYU Langone Tisch Hospital.

Susanrachel Condon is a Master's prepared Certified Midwife who completed her Doctorate in Midwifery in 2019. Her doctoral research centered on obstetric violence, respectful care, and promoting midwives as role models for collaborative decision-making.

Susanrachel is Clinical Assistant Professor and the Interim Program Director at SUNY Downstate, and works in a private practice providing primary care and home-based perinatal services.

Stacy F. Greene, RDN, IBCLC has the honor of working with Dana and shares a vision of what it means to gather together with intention. She began her professional journey in classical music and wove her way into the field of dietetics, landing comfortably in lactation where she has found the perfect mix of art, science and culture.

A lifelong student, Stacy is an ordained interfaith minister, certified grief educator, certified yoga instructor, with deep interests in Ayurveda, meditation, kirtan, animism, shamanism and mythology. Stacy's work is fueled by the belief that we are privileged to shepherd families through the birth process.
